Security Officer: "Mr. T" (Looks white, nerdy and wears glasses)

President moves enabling act, whereby all orders of the president become emergency decrees obeyed to the letter.

Not seconded.

Allocation of $10 for biscuits at committee meetings.

Seconded: Damien Moore

Moved that several million be allocated in order to bring down the capitalist-bourgoise government and institute a Marxist-Leninist Role-Players' paradise.

Seconded: Leon Trotsky (Secretary's note: Looks a lot like Colin)

Moved that $1500 be allocated for the funding of Capricon advertising.

President proposes ammendment: That when \$1000 has been spent the club invades New Zealand.

Moved that all "superfluous" committee members be taken outside and "liquidated" for club benefit.
