Capricon Competition

We're kinda stuck at the moment, in the planning stage for Capricon - we need a subtitle. Last year the subtitle was What do you mean, we missed IV?!? for reasons that are far too complicated to explain.

Anyway, rather than having committee meetings turn into an eight way brawl, we've decided to throw open the doors to ideas from club members, and make a competition out of it. The best or most voted for subtitle will win its author a grand prize of $10.

You are able to either enter your own subtitle, or vote for someone else's. You can vote more than once, as new entries appear, but keep it to a sensible level - don't vote 500 times for your own. Updated lists of the current runners will appear on the noticeboard. Only written entries will be considered - don't come up and tell the committee your idea - write it down and give it to one of the committee or put it in the letterbox.

Conditions

1. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these conditions. 2. Entry is open to all MURP members other than employees, and their immediate families, of C&S and the Union Desk. 3. Entries in the competition must be made by 6pm, EST on May 16th. 5. There is no limit to the number of entries per entrant. 6. The winning entry in the competition will be decided by committee decision at the committee meeting immediately following the final date for entries. 7. The winner will be notified by being yelled at, and the names and the winning entry will be placed upon the noticeboard on May 20th. 8. The committee decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
