This 'tator dates from the times when the 'tators were printed a couple of times a year. This particular one, the O-Week 'tator, was mostly used to convey all the necessary club information to new or prospective members. It could also be used to dig up roots and tubers, or to store water during the dry season... er, so in any case, its really only of historical interest.
